Dear School Heads, Sports HODs, Swim Coaches, Team Managers, Swimmers, and Parents,
We sincerely thank you for the continued support you give towards the growth and development of sports in the country. Your commitment plays a vital role in nurturing young athletes and enabling them to develop and showcase their talents across various sporting disciplines. Our events are designed to provide athletes with an opportunity to showcase their abilities in a competitive and professional environment, while also aiding their transition from development-organized competitions to County, National, and International events. We therefore invite your school, club, son, or daughter to participate in the Peak Sports Invitational Stroke Swimming Gala scheduled for 7th March 2026 at All Saints Cathedral School, Nairobi. This meet will offer swimmers a valuable opportunity to compete in a well-organized gala focused on stroke development and technical excellence, organized by a leading institution in swimming development.

Spectator Information

• Admission will be on a first-come basis

• Only the first 100 spectators will be allowed

• Entry fee: Ksh 1,000 per head

Seating Arrangements

• Seating space will be allocated by Peak Sports Meet Management

• Allocation will be based on the number of athletes registered per team

• All teams must maintain their designated seating areas

• The meet will be conducted under FINA/KSF Swimming Technical Rules

  • Deep end: 2.4 metres

Entry Submission

• Entries must be submitted in writing and include:

  • Full names

  • Date of birth

  • Event numbers

• Entries to be emailed to:

Entry Submission Deadline

• Latest submission date: Friday, 21st February 2026

• Entries submitted after this date will not be accepted

Entry Fees

• Individual timed final event/activity: Ksh 500 per swimmer

• Relay event: Ksh 1,000 per relay

• Entry fees must be paid for each swimmer willing to participate

• Results and medal counts will be shared in PDF format after the event
