PEAK SPORTS INVITATIONAL STROKE SWIMMING GALA – 2026

Dear School Heads, Sports HODs, Swim Coaches, Team Managers, Swimmers, and Parents,
We sincerely thank you for the continued support you give towards the growth and development of sports in the country. Your commitment plays a vital role in nurturing young athletes and enabling them to develop and showcase their talents across various sporting disciplines. Our events are designed to provide athletes with an opportunity to compete in a professional and well-organized environment, while aiding their transition from development-level competitions to County, National, and International events. We therefore invite your school, club, son, or daughter to participate in the Peak Sports Invitational Stroke Swimming Gala, scheduled for 7th March 2026 at All Saints Cathedral School, Nairobi. This gala will focus on stroke technique, skill development, and competitive excellence, offering swimmers a valuable platform to showcase their abilities.

Spectator Information

• Admission will be on a first-come basis

• Only the first 100 spectators will be allowed

• Entry fee: Ksh 1,000 per head

Seating Arrangements

• Seating space will be allocated by Peak Sports Meet Management

• Allocation will be based on the number of athletes registered per team

• All teams must maintain their designated seating areas

Technical Rules

• The meet will be conducted under FINA/KSF Swimming Technical Rules

• 6-lane, 25-metre short-course swimming pool

• Water depth:

  • Deep end: 2.4 metres

  • Shallow end: 1.0 metre

Entry Submission

• Entries must be submitted in writing and include:

  • Full names

  • Date of birth

  • Event numbers

• Entries to be emailed to:

Entry Submission Deadline

• All entries must be received latest March 7th, 2026

• Entries submitted after this date will not be accepted

Entry Fees

• Individual timed final event/activity: Ksh 500 per swimmer

• Relay event: Ksh 1,000 per relay

• Entry fees must be paid for each swimmer willing to participate

Results

• Results and medal counts will be shared in PDF format after the event
